Cotton Row Home Offers is a home-seller introduction service. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, attorney or buyer, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.

Submitting the form doesn't create any contract or obligation for you or for any buyer. Any offer comes from the buyer, and any purchase agreement is between you and the buyer only.

Calls and texts

When you submit the form, you agree to the following:

I agree that Cotton Row Home Offers and its local partner home buyer may call and text me at the number I entered about selling my property, including calls that use an artificial or AI-generated voice, prerecorded messages and automated technology. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, including by our AI service providers. I also agree that Cotton Row Home Offers may share the details I enter here and the answers I give on the call with its local partner home buyer so it can review my property and decide whether to make an offer. This consent is not a condition of buying any property, goods or services. If you would rather not receive automated calls, send us a message through the Contact page on this website instead, and we will reply without automated calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. To stop calls, tell the caller "stop calling" or contact us any way that is convenient.

Our AI assistant calls only between 10 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. Central, Monday to Saturday, and says at the start of the call that it is an AI. If you miss a call, it tries again later, at most three calls in all.

Any price range our assistant mentions is a general estimate based on nearby sales, given before anyone has seen the property. It is not an appraisal and not an offer. Only the buyer's written offer counts.
