What we collect
The details you enter in the form (property address, ZIP, situation, condition, timeline, notes, name, phone, email). Your consent choices, with the exact wording you agreed to and when. Basic technical data sent with the form: IP address, browser user agent, the page you were on and campaign tags in the link. If you talk with our AI assistant: the call recording, a transcript, the answers you give on the call, and a summary of the call. Cookies and visit data collected by the Google Ads tag, described below.
How we use it
To pass your request, and the answers you give on the call unless you tell our assistant not to share them, to our partner home buyer so they can review your property and decide whether to make an offer. To call and text you about your property, as you agreed in the form, including with our AI assistant, which calls only between 10 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. Central, Monday to Saturday. Calls are recorded and transcribed, including by our AI service providers. To look up public and commercial property data (such as nearby sales) for a rough value range. To keep a record of your consent and of any request to stop calling. To prevent spam and abuse. To measure which of our ads lead to requests.
Who we share it with
One partner home buyer for your property, and the service providers that run this site, store our lead records (Google Sheets and Gmail), run our phone and messaging systems, and record and transcribe calls (our AI voice and transcription providers), who only process data for us. Google's advertising services receive only the ad measurement data described below, never your contact details. We don't sell your information to lists or to multiple buyers.
Cookies and ad measurement
We advertise on Google, and every page of this site loads the Google Ads tag. It sets cookies and sends Google technical data such as the pages you visit, the ad you clicked to get here (if any), your browser and device, and your IP address. We use this to see which of our ads lead to submitted requests. When you submit the form, the thank-you page tells Google that a request came in, identified only by our reference number. The Google Ads tag never sends Google your name, phone number, email or property address.
Google may also use these cookies to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Google handles this data under its privacy policy. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text, or tell any caller, including our AI assistant, to stop calling. You can also ask us to stop any other way that is convenient, such as through the Contact page. To turn off personalized ads from Google, go to adssettings.google.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the form still works without them. To have your information deleted, contact us through the Contact page.
Retention
We keep consent records and requests to stop calling for at least five years, as phone-consent rules require. We delete other details, including call recordings and transcripts, on request unless we're required to keep them.
